One of the questions I hear most from new clients is whether they should book a Swedish relaxation massage or a deep tissue session. Both are great options, and the right choice really comes down to how your body feels and what you want to get out of your time on the table.

Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes with light to medium pressure. It is a good fit when you feel run down or stressed, or you simply want to slow down and unwind. Many people book it as a regular reset to keep everyday tension from building up.

Deep tissue massage works more slowly and with firmer pressure, focusing on areas that feel stiff or knotted, like the upper back, shoulders, or hips. It suits people who carry a lot of tightness from desk work, physical jobs, or training. I always check in during the session so the pressure stays comfortable for you.

Not sure which one you need? Tell me how you are feeling when you book, and we can adjust as we go. I come to you at home anywhere in the West Island, so all you have to do is relax.
